Is therapy
confidential?

Everything we discuss in your sessions is kept strictly confidential. I follow ethical and legal guidelines to protect your privacy. The only time I may need to break confidentiality is if I believe you or somebody else is at risk - your safety is my top priority and we will have an open conversation about this.

Can I follow you on social media?

You are more than welcome to follow and interact with my professional accounts on Instagram and TikTok (@counselling_with_alex).It can be a good way of getting to know me better as a therapist.

I will not follow you back, and I will protect your privacy by never identifying you as a client should you interact with my posts.
