My Approach
I offer person-centred therapy, grounded in the principles of Carl Rogers: unconditional positive regard, empathy, and congruence. That means I’ll meet you with warmth and honesty, and hold space for you to explore whatever you’re going through, without judgement.
Sessions are one-to-one and take place online or over the phone, so you can talk from wherever feels safe and comfortable for you.

I work with individuals aged 16 and over, offering a safe and supportive space for a wide range of issues, including:
Anxiety
Depression
Stress
Bereavement
Relationships
Neurodiversity
LGBTQ+ topics
Self-harm and suicidal thoughts
Trauma and life transitions
Schizophrenia, BPD, OCD and eating disorders

Sessions
Sessions are 50 minutes, held weekly or fortnightly

You can work with me short-term or long-term, depending on your needs

I offer a free 15-minute intro call so you can ask questions and see if I’m the right fit
Price
Each session is £55
Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash in hand
Availability
I currently have availability on Wednesdays, weekends and evenings, and I aim to be as flexible as possible. If you need a different time, just get in touch—I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
